Juvenile Blackbirds.......................................................... having a drink on me

We have had a few juvenile blackbirds feeding in the garden this morning... along with their parents.

As well as feeding the birds we also provide them with fresh water... for bathing as well as drinking.

This small pot of water by the steps is very popular with all the ground feeding birds.

We have a feeder on the patio table... this little one was enjoying picking up the scraps.
Lovely birds to see close up... no need for binoculars in my little garden.
