The Cheshire County Show..................................................... falconry display

While at the county show on Tuesday we went to watch the falconry display.

Barn Owl
Vale Royal Falconry is based just across the the road from Mandy's Mum and Dads house in Acton Bridge.
As usual with things on your doorstep... we have never been.

The display lasted for over half an hour and was very entertaining.

First up was this lovely Barn Owl.

They asked for young volunteers to lie on the ground...then flying the Barn Owl over them.

The best bit for me was when the Barn Owl flew off to do his own thing... landing in a nearby stall.
Soon to be recaptured it brought the biggest cheer of the display.

Ha ha, he flies in search of the stall that sells everything, I'm joking. Brilliant photos.
