Saturday mornings garden visitor........................................................ a Siskin

I had a lovely little visitor to the garden this morning... a lone Siskin.

It's the first one I have seen in the garden for over a year... fingers crossed I get some more.

Cute bird with a nice name. English birds often have great names in fact - better than something boring like 'Striated Greenfinch'.

Siskins are one bird we've never had at the feeders. I hope you see more!
