Thank you Drw, that was a real treat. When we lived in Melbourne, over 40 years ago, we had them nesting in our apple tree. Their song has always been very special to me. Thanks again.
Just watched the 12 Months 12 Minutes video and am in awe! How beautiful! Finally finding some time to catch up here in the middle of ongoing family issues and enjoying the views immensely!
Oh if only we could understand 'thrush'..would be lovely to understand what and who he's singing to :) p.s. Andrew I would love your thoughts on my bird today, I was really hoping he would be an immature Black Tailed Gull but opinion seems to be swaying towards the Pacific Gull, which I suppose would be uncommon seeing we have the Indian Ocean along our shores, but not quite as exciting as the other!
