I visited Hatchmere Lake after my walk around Delamere Forest hoping to see some wildlife.
I was soon joined by these Mute Swans... looking for a treat.
I still had my 18-55mm lens on the camera... it didn't matter as the swans were so tame.
They allowed me to capture some lovely close ups.

ReplyDeleteI just cannot get over your robin header. Mum says she breakfasted this morning with a robin on the windowsill. It stayed put watching her for the longest time. I wish I could have been there!
An beautiful series!
ReplyDeleteGreat close up Andrew!! Boom & gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteSwans are very beautiful birds. We don't see many Swans in our part of the world.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos and a beautiful setting for the swans.
ReplyDeleteI'm often frustrated when I go out with the wide-angle lens and have a great wildlife encounter. It didn't matter here, you got great shot, it looks flirtatious in that last shot.
