My visit to Tatton Park last weekend was lovely.
Watching deer roaming the parkland and visiting the wonderful gardens.
All so lovely to see... but Tatton Park had a few surprises up it's sleeve.
Halloween is close but did you know.... Pumpkins grow on trees.
Halloween is close but did you know.... Pumpkins grow on trees.
No?... well they do in Cheshire.
This tree was full of them ripe and ready for picking.
You never know what you may stumble upon wandering around these beautiful old gardens.
The kitchen gardens at Tatton are massive.
This is just a small section of the greenhouse.
Even the orchards are within the walls to protect the trees from the wind.
The pumkins and marrows made a lovely display.
looked after by a couple of musicians...
If you have two apples... does that make a pear?
Enjoy your weekend.
Enjoy your weekend.
