I had a week visiting the beautiful county of Norfolk during the spring in 2008. These are a few of my images from my boat trip to Blakeney Point to see the Grey and Common seals.
Blakeney is a lovely place for a visit.
I made my trip to Blakeney Point from the moorings at Morston
Fantastic to see close up.
A bit of a domestic going on.....
.....and hadn't finished when we left.
I have really enjoyed going through my images of Yesteryear.
If you view this post I hope you enjoy them as much as I have... lovely memories.
so cute!
ReplyDeleteany news on your camera? is that why you're digging into archives? (not that i mind - these are great!)
Excellent photos Andrew. My family has a bit of history with Blakeney Point. We visited several times when I was a child and each time it ended in disaster. Two cracked windscreens and the exhaust falling off the car means that I have still yet to see the Seals there! I'd visit again but I'm worried it might be cursed.
ReplyDeleteSea lions! They look cute, but I'm sure they can be rough customers.
ReplyDeleteWATER ON WEDNESDAY
Water on Wednesday
And other days too,
Water for me, friend,
And water for you;
Water as ocean
And water as sea,
Water for you, friend,
And water for me;
Every day water
In puddle or ice
Or snowflakes or mist—
Oh, water is nice!
