Hi Andrew ...just came across your blog of Holdingmonents!! Like your walks with the video and your little friends !! Do you have web-cam cameras set up on your trail or is someone with you to film?? Noticed also the Maine adds on you sidebar..LL Bean is about a 30 minute drive from me!! Just got my order of womens walker snowshoes for my daughter and the womens pathfinder ones for myself!! Small world Huh!!
Many thanks for all the kind words. To answer your question Grammie it's just me and a tripod as for the Ads it's google that control them so they were probably targeting your email address so they appeal to the actual watcher...clever stuff......Big Brother is out there....
"And the award for best independent nature documentary is...." Wow, keep these little films coming they are brilliant! When, someday, a bird lands in my hand to grab a seed it will be a great day indeed! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!
Adored your video with some of my all time favourite birds. I hope you don't mind my tagging along on the other walks you go on. I promise not to be a nuisance, I won't say a word. You probably won't even notice me.
I very much enjoyed your video, particularly the little Robin and the Tit. The sweeping view of the landscape toward the end is lovely and the Great Heron taking off gives it dramatic ending. Music
Excellent!
ReplyDeleteGreat walk with background music. That Heron take off is really something. Boom & Gary Of The Vermilon River.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyable, came out nice with the bg music, well done!
ReplyDeleteLindy

A most delightful walk and love how the video closes with the heron taking off in flight!
ReplyDeleteGreat little video - I especially like the little bird that came down to eat from your hand.
ReplyDeleteLove that video Andrew. Can get a real feel of walking the countryside.

ReplyDeleteNice look at your countryside and birds. I've always wanted to hand feed a bird...neat!
ReplyDeleteI liked that the little Robin jumped up in your hand. It must have been very hungry. :)

ReplyDeleteLoved the video Andrew! The music, the bird eating out of your hand, what a great walk and a wonderful experience!
ReplyDeleteVery Well Done!!! Is the cute bird in the tree with the black stripe down the breast a Chickadee?
ReplyDeleteThanks Jean. The cute bird is a Great Tit. A lovely little bird but quite common in the UK.
