From our largest wild species to one of our smallest birds................. the Wren

I have been back at Tatton Park today taking photos and videoing the Red Deer
Red Deer are the largest wild animals in the UK weighing up to 190 kg (418lb).

My favourite images of the day... one of our smallest birds.
Weighing in at a huge 1/2 oz it's the Wren.

I was sat on a log having my lunch when it came to me... now that's how to enjoy wildlife.
Please scroll down to see yesterday post.

What a nice contrast you have given us with the big Red Deer yesterday and now the wee little bird today. They are both wonders of Nature. Lovely shots.

The sweetest of the little brown birds, and one of my favourite's. Beautiful portraits Andrew, and fabulous deer images in your previous post.

Beautiful captures. So clear. I can never get wrens to sit still long enough to capture on film.
