We have had a wonderful weekend visiting National Trust properties in North Wales.
We spent the night in Betws-y-Coed at the Royal Oak Hotel.
Sunday morning saw us drive past Snowdon (the highest mountain in England and Wales)...
... to visit the house and gardens at Plas Newydd on Anglesey.
We then travelled back to the mainland and Penrhyn Castle.
I have loads of images to sort through and hope to share some of the history of the places we visited.

It really was a fantastic weekend and don't worry... the camcorder stayed at home.
