Bullfinch in my garden............................... I managed to capture a few images

When we first spotted the male Bullfinch on the feeders the nearest thing to hand was the camcorder.

I managed to capture some video clips through the window.
(please scroll down to view the last two posts)

The Bullfinch returned again yesterday evening and I managed to grab the camera for a few images...
...as I said in the earlier posts this was only the fifth time I have seen a Bullfinch in my garden in nine years.
A lovely little bird to see in the garden.

Oh he's a good looking bird! It's always great to see an elusive bird return to the yard, and even better to get some photos of it!

Congrats on the great pics of the Bullfinch. I know these guys excite you when they come to your feeders. Pretty exciting event when something special pops in at the feeders.
