Sorry........................... but I just couldn't resist sharing a few more seal shots

It was Mandys first visit to the seals at Blakeney... she was also the first on the boat to spot one.

We got in really close...

...according to the boatmen the seals don't feel disturbed by them.

They didn't appear to be disturbed in the slightest.

I did worry when the trippers all rushed to one side... it felt like a lifeboat from the Titanic as it was.

Waiting for the next trip... the tide allows about three one hour trips a day.
The British can form an orderly queue just about anywhere.

  6. Nobody can resist taking photos of seals and/or sea lions, they are just too much fun to see.
My niece was paddleboarding just off Vancouver Island recently and two seals joined her. Of course, she didn't have a camera, but she said she loved paddling with them, a rare and wonderful experience.

  8. I suspect the boatmen are correct. The seals don't look very stressed.

  9. Andrew, you picked a beautiful part of the country to take your holiday in, lots of wildlife to see.
Fantastic to see the seals are so relaxed with all the 'watchers' passing by so close.
Not too sure about those boats though?...[;o)

  10. Awesome! Seals are not something most of us in the states get to see, much less photograph.
