I was working this morning and because the traffic is a bit lighter than during the week I left home half an hour later than usual. I have been off work for a few weeks and only went back a couple of days ago and it's been dark passing the tree I share from time to time... the extra half an hour made the difference.
It was cold and frosty this morning... I still haven't any pictures of the tree in the snow.
It's lost all it's leaves.

Unlike last year when I first shared it on the 27th November... what a difference a year makes.
I saw plenty of Pheasants in the lanes which have so far survived the shooters.
They still have a couple of months to get through though... amnesty comes in February.

Nice to see your tree again, it's beautiful, and, the poor old Pheasant, don't shoot me, he say's.
Hi Andrew, love the big tree, we got snow early this year (third week in Oct.) and it stayed. It's snowing today so I think that we will have lots of it this year.
Gorgeous shots of the tree! Is it the same one you've shown before? This one looks different, but I may be wrong.
Never mind. I should read more closely! :-)
Beautiful shots! Love seeing the change in seasons.
I just love that tree!
Very cool how you managed to line up last years tree photo with this years... looks like you managed to capture the identical location and view!
The tree is so beautiful, standing alone. It's perfect for photographing in each seasonal stage.
Great shots!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Beautiful shots Andrew! Love your special tree with frost on the ground. I do hope the pheasants make it thorough the shooting season.
