Sunset through the trees......................................................... of Furey Wood

Furey Wood is a short drive from home and is just across the road from my local hospital.

This view of the sunset was taken a few days ago following a session of physiotherapy on my knee.
It's been a long time since I last walked without pain... and ages since I walked more than a hundred yards.
Fingers crossed normal service will be resumed sooner rather than later.

    I hope your knee feels better soon. My doctor told me to take B Complex and Magnesium. It helped. Perhaps this advice will help you, Andrew.
