Furey Wood is a short drive from home and is just across the road from my local hospital.
This view of the sunset was taken a few days ago following a session of physiotherapy on my knee.
It's been a long time since I last walked without pain... and ages since I walked more than a hundred yards.
Fingers crossed normal service will be resumed sooner rather than later.
WOW.
ReplyDeletei do hope so.

ReplyDeleteCool shot! I'm expecting tree elves to appear from behind the trees.
ReplyDeleteI hope your knee feels better soon. My doctor told me to take B Complex and Magnesium. It helped. Perhaps this advice will help you, Andrew.
