I really enjoy my journey to and from work................................................ ish!

 I am so lucky to have a shortcut to work that takes me through some lovely countryside.

If I see something interesting (like these clouds) I have a few field entrances to pull into to capture an image.

I have to cross over the M6 Motorway on my journey into Manchester.
When I took this image the traffic was lighter than usual.
It's not unusual to see standing traffic due to a road accident.

The tree I have been sharing since last autumn is just stared to leaf.
This image was taken this evening.

It's in a great setting for capture a landscape shot... on the brow of a hill and the only tree in the field.
The field unfortunately is almost alongside the M6... the drone of road noise is always there.
Sorry for spoiling the magic of the place.

    Yep, the clouds that keeps on, and on and on. My favourite is the last one, I'll lays bets on, that everyone has now will know that tree, superb.

    I think your drive to work looks better than the M6!

    I used to have to do 40 minutes each way on that car park when I lived in the South Lakes. There are some things I don’t miss!

    Really like watching the tree change as well.

    The photo of the M6 looks backwards with the cars on the opposite side of what I normally see...BUT the heavy traffic looks very familiar could be any US Interstate Hwy. I always enjoy the back roads!!!
