A late afternoon walk around my local nature reserve..............................

It was a busy morning at work today... the computer system was down and it was like the old days.
Looking up part numbers in catalogues... physically checking the goods were in stock (everything seemed to be upstairs)... then hand written delivery notes for the drivers.... I'm knackered!

What did I do this afternoon to unwind and relax..... walk for miles and take photos.

It was high winds last weekend.................. how calm is this.

Sunset over Haydn's Pool around 4.30 this afternoon.
I really will sleep well tonight.

spectacular! both of these. and life is not good without computers. we went to the vets office with our dog last year and the computer had crashed. they did not know who had appointments, did not have the records pulled since they did not know who was coming in, could not charge us, had to bill us. it was crazy.

gorgeous reflections! was laughing at your description of work as 'the old days'. amazing how dependent we've become on technology - until it turns on us! :)

I'm not sure which photo I like more...they're both excellent! I love the reflection in the first shot, but the sun and grasses in the second one are beautiful. Great job, Andrew!

"walk for miles and take photos"
You sound just like me.
Lovely sunset. I got up early for a supposed good sunrise, but I was disappointed.....wrong light, wrong location.Haven't even looked at them yet.
