I have topped up the feeders and even added a couple of new ones.
It's been quite a bright day so I wrapped up warm and sat outside for half an hour or so hoping to capture some images of some of my garden visitors.
Blue Tits were the most obliging...
...lovely little acrobats to see
I must have been too obvious sat in my little folding chair.
... this Woodpigeon just sat on the fence waying me up.
While my little garden Robin stayed in the bushes.
I must get a little hide for the garden...I shoud have asked Father Christmas.
Please accept my best wishes for tomorrow.... Merry Christmas everyone.
i've been prompted to invest in a chair hide, too. not sure if i'll have the patience to sit in it, though. :)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, dear Andrew. hug your mom for me from Texas! :)
Beautiful yardbirds Andrew. I do love those cute Robins. I wish you a very Merry Christmas, Andrew!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas
ReplyDeleteGreat image of the Woodpigeon! I am slowly gaining the trust of my backyard birdie friends. It takes time I guess. Here's wishing you and yours a nice Christmas Andrew. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteNice series of bird pics. I really love the Woodpigeon.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you Andrew.
ReplyDelete..rather amazing that they should be called blue-tits, when they're yellow? Feed looks fabulous (for a bird); a lovely Christmas treat for them. I really like the woodpidgeon too; he's quite distinguished; nice photo.
ReplyDeleteI went out today and filled the bird and suet feeders..they have been very busy...
ReplyDeleteAll birds are lovely but the pigeon caught my attention as it's very different from those I'm used to watch.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Andrew, feeders are perfectly complemented ... beautiful pictures!
