Sounds like a great place to visit! The Tufties are fun to watch.
ReplyDeleteAs I type this I suspect you are all enjoying your special day and if the weather is like it is here, you couldn't have wished for better. Many congratulations to Craig and Eleanor!
These are some of the most beautiful ducks I've seen and the sequence you posted is so cool. Great job.
ReplyDeleteThat was fun! You did great getting pictures almost as they dived away from you. They're beautiful ducks.
ReplyDeleteThey're beautiful, Andrew. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos and interesting ducks.
ReplyDeleteA very beautiful set of images. A great bird and beautiful shots. Well done.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day.
Terrific shots of a very handsome Duck!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a super location Andrew. Get hunting that Lesser Spotted before the folige appears. I think I have more pics of Tufties than anything else but they are a delight to watch.
ReplyDeleteThose tufties have a habit of disappearing as you press the shutter lol
ReplyDeleteMoore Nature Reserve sounds a great place to visit Andrew.
The Tufted Duck is a stunning bird. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic series! I don't get it though, if I get within 50 paces of a duck, any duck, they move away from me pronto. Yet when I see excellent takes such as these I wonder what is wrong with my approach. Why can't I get a picture of the front side of a duck? Ah well...

ReplyDeleteAwww...what pretty ducks! Love all your shots!
ReplyDeleteI love to watch the little duck acrobats and divers... their little tails sticking up! Great shots!
ReplyDeleteExcellent shots of the Tufted Duck Andrew! I really enjoy watching diving ducks, they are so cool.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures of the Tufted Duck! The only shots I have been able to get is where the tuft hardly shows up against the neck. Nice post.
ReplyDeleteLooks like they were dressed in their formal attire to attend your son's lovely wedding! :)
