Cemlyn Bay................................. a distorted view

Trawling through the images of my trip to Anglesey I found some with the background of the pebble beach at Cemlyn Bay out of focus but the terns I was trying to capture fairly sharp.
I find them a bit surreal to look at but quite like them.

Hi Andrew...I agree...way to cool...adds a whole different look to the gull (almost like 3D) he just stands right out!!

i DO like them. you kind of have to refocus your eyes to try to pick up on everything but i like it!

They work for me, particularly the second one. The blurry scene in the back reminds me of Gerhard Richter's (a German painter) landscapes.

If I'm right, that is a Sandwich Tern. Mighty good too, and flying with a fish.

The bird really stands out,my first thoughts were of how much he looks like an airplane,phyllis
