I've won a prize.................................................................. £25 worth of bird food

I entered one of my Robin images in to Ark Wildlife's monthly photo competition and am delighted to announce I have won a prize.
A voucher for £25 to spend on any of their products.

They sell all sorts of wildlife goods... but mainly bird food and feeders.
I have loads of feeders in the garden so it made sense to spend my winnings on bird food.
Eight kg of free bird seed arrived the day after I placed my order.
Two mixes of sunflower hearts... one with meal worms the other with suet....
...plus a Song Bird mix I paid for.
If the birds flock in... Ark Wildlife have a customer for life.

Well done. That should keep to the birds fed for a while.

This is a bonus. I expect you know that if you buy bird food in 15kg bags it is VAT exempt.

I find it hard to keep it fresh, it ends up a squigglelike. Maybe, I am using the wrong seeds.

Congrats Andrew. That'll come in handy for big garden birdwatch.

Just goes to show that not all of the prizes in these competitions are chicken feed ……….oh, wait a minute!

How nice! Bird food can get so expensive if you keep it up, and most of us do!
