a diary of my walks in the countryside
HI Robin Great critters in the garden. this is a lovely shots of the 'waiting' Robin.
Have you cut a new hole for him yet Andrew.
Beautiful helper Andrew.
What a great helper you have, Andrew!! And what a handsome little fellow he is!! Delightful post/photo for the day!!
What a sweet companion to entertain you during clean-up time. An absolute beauty!
Your robins are different looking from ours, but they have similar habits. I have a pair in my garden following me around, too.
what a beautiful shot.
A new home for the Robin???
so very sweet!
Our North American robins aren't nearly as pretty as this little guy, but we love them anyway. A sure sign that Spring is on its way here. Our grass is beginning to green up a bit, too.I've seen robins follow gardeners in Canada, as well. They seem to think the soil is being turned over just for them to find worms.K
He is beautiful to look at up close.
He really is the sweetest Drew. How long has this particular Robin been a regular? I had blackbirds and robins at our mountain house that taught their offspring that it was safe to feed even if the cats were out as ong as I was there. I was a lovely relationship.
Very cute bird.
Beautiful bird - and I might even learn to like weeding the garden if I had a companion like that :-)
A beautiful photo!
A stunning photo.
Beautiful closeup of your Robin!
He's a handsome little guy!
A sweet little garden companion!
Beautiful bird, great picture.
Stunning shot! I like the contrast of color on the left, and stark on the right.
Great shot of the Robin and I love that it was following your around to get a meal after you worked the soil, very clever bird.
Sweet little bird. We had one in our backyard too earlier this week.
A beautiful boat.
