a diary of my walks in the countryside
Worth the money for the mouse. Feeders are expensive.
so darn cute!
As I was filling my feeders, I left the lid of the metal can off. When I came back, a little mouse was happily gorging himself. I let him get his fill before chasing him off.
you could hardly deny it the pleasure Andrew; great shot
That's a great shot Andrew...[;o)
This is a wonderful shot!
Just beautiful.. Cheers..
Drew, that is the best looking feeder I have seen yet and good for keeping squirrels out.I'd love to entice the birds to a feeder, trouble is, only the big destructive parrots are brave enough and since I already have hundreds of them that steal or just destroy all our fruit, I really am wary of a population explosion.
Oh my goodness!
But so cute!
You can't win -- but your thieving critters are all so cute!
Oh that's probably one predator you don't mind having at the bird feeder. Lovely stuff Andrew.
Oh, what fun shots!! Nope, you can't win, but I do agree with Sallie, they are SO cute! Thanks for sharing the fun, Andrew! Have a great week!!
What a beautiful feeder! The mouse is adorable - and so resourceful. You've just gotta love it! xo Karen
What a cute mouse! The feeder is pretty. Have a happy week!
Smart little fellow, and a great photo.
Worth it just to get that shot.
Glad the bird feeder worked except for the mouse ~ Great shots for OWT ~ xxxartmusedog and carol
He's a tiny little fellow!
A delightful capture Andrew - thanks for sharing (in more ways than one!)
LOL! He's about the size of many birds! I've never seen a mouse in a bird feeder, though.
Nice picture - they always find a feed.Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Even a mouse knows what is good for her…..
Cute. No way are they, the mouse is perfect choice, absolutely stunning.
Your blog is pure joy lovely cage
What an adorable photo of the little wood mouse. That feeder is really pretty.
Well, at least the Wood Mouse doesn't eat as much as the squirrels, so you are still ahead. That is a very nice feeder ... wondering where you found it. I am trying to wean my squirrels ... they have grown dependent on my feeders and need to learn to fend for themselves ... I won't be here forever and then what will they do? Nice post Andrew ...Andrea @ From The Sol
Well that's got the "ahhhh" factor. Just a little bit too cute.
Such an attractive bird feeder.
