Tawny Owl......................................................... waking me up in the morning

I have a female Tawny Owl calling during the early hours in one of the trees across the road from my home.

 This image is from a few years ago.
I hope to locate my new neighbor soon or at least hear her with a mate.

I like the photo of the owl sitting there with half-closed eyes. It would be nice to have one calling close to the house.

she is so cute all scrunched up in the bushes. we have little screech owls, but it is rare to see them, we here them each morning
