Cemlyn Bay................................. a distorted view

Trawling through the images of my trip to Anglesey I found some with the background of the pebble beach at Cemlyn Bay out of focus but the terns I was trying to capture fairly sharp.
I find them a bit surreal to look at but quite like them.

They work for me, particularly the second one. The blurry scene in the back reminds me of Gerhard Richter's (a German painter) landscapes.

They look great, when enlarged.
I love the way the Tern stands out against the background!

If I'm right, that is a Sandwich Tern. Mighty good too, and flying with a fish.
